We recommend that you begin your search 9-12 months prior to your wedding. In general, it takes 5-6 months for your wedding dress to arrive once it is ordered. But if need be, we can rush an order for an additional fee. We also have off- the rack options.

On top of those shipping time frames, you must also account for alteration time. 2 months for alterations is ideal, so if you order your gown 10 months before your wedding it is the perfect timing — afterall, it never hurts to have it sooner. The extra time can be a ‘ cushion” if there is an unexpected delay, if you decide to add some customizations, or if your wedding date needs to be moved up. In other words, the sooner you order, the sooner it comes in … therefore less stress for you!

We do need appointments, however we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. Appointments will always have first priority.

You will be assisted in the dressing room by one of our associates, so do wear undergarment that you are comfortable in, and please be aware that you will have an associate in the room with you (we do have Robes) Spanx are always helpful and help to make a nice, smooth fit (no matter what size you are) and hair ties can come in handy as well!

If you have a heel you feel comfortable in please bring it, otherwise we have try-on shoes here, as well as strapless bras.

Please be aware that wedding dresses run small compared to street clothes.
Our average sample size is 10/12 which corresponds to a street size 6-8-10. However we have many dresses in sizes 14, 16, and up to size 18 and 20.

We request that you limit your shopping companions to 3 or less. We recommend inviting the people who know you best and whose opinions you trust and value most. Having too many opinions can easily sway you from choosing the gown of your dreams into what the crowd likes best.

Our wedding gowns range in price from Approximately $1000- to $5000. In addition, we do have sample sale gowns which are less expensive (ranging from $399 and up, availability and selection changes throughout the season).

No, bridal gowns are ordered in the CLOSEST size to your measurements, and alterations will be needed. How it works: The largest part of your body will be the determining factor on your size. SO if your bust is a size 12, but your waist and hips are a size 10, it is recommended for you to go with a size 12. Of course there is no hard and fast rule. Each is a case-by-case basis. And we discuss this in detail with you at the time of ordering. The choice in size is up to YOU. Just remember it is always easy to take in in but most gowns cannot be let out.

Please keep small children at home (newborns are an exception) We want the focus to be on the bride and not the bride worrying. We can have a busy schedule and with other brides having appointments as well, we try to be considerate and make this a special time for everyone. In addition, there are many hazards such as pins on the floor, electrical outlets, etc. So please do arrange for childcare for you and your guests on the day of your appointment.

Please NO outside food or drinks or coffee. We have a table in which to keep your coffee when you enter the salon, thank you for your understanding. There is a parking structure right in our complex. The first 90 minutes is free with validation stamp from us.

Be honest and upfront about your budget. Come in with a max amount that you want to spend. This helps us narrow down what will work for you and prevents us from pulling gowns that are way beyond your budget.

Please be on time for your appointment. We work on a schedule to accommodate each bride that comes in. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment.

It’s great to have a vision of what you want, but do keep an open mind. Our consultants have many years of experience and often may suggest something that you would have never imagined~ and you may fall in love~ that is the best part! You are in good hands with our expert stylists! And …after all an open mind is a good thing.
